SHIPMENTS
Once you have placed the order in our online store, you will receive a purchase confirmation email at the email address provided. This will be followed by SMS or email with tracking number of your order.
Shipments will be made through EVRI, with a delivery time of 24/96 hours depending on your chosen option. Next day postal delivery is only possible if you order by 11:00 AM from Monday-Friday.
However, if you live in and around Bromley (see postcodes included in the next section); you get free Next day delivery even if you order by 10:00 PM. If your order is urgent; you can get same day delivery in the mentioned postcodes if ordered by 6pm. Please mention urgent order under delivery instructions at checkout. Ofcourse, we will message you before we do this.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are free for orders over £100 anywhere in the UK (2-4 working days). For smaller quantities, shipping costs are explained below.
Free next day shipping is available in and around Bromley (postcodes included: BR1-BR8; DA5, DA6, DA7, DA14, DA15, CR0, CR2, CR7. CR8, CR9) if ordered by 10:00 PM. This option will be available at the time of checkout as local delivery if you are eligible based on the postcode. Please contact us if there are any issues.
For same day delivery in above mentioned areas, please order by 6:00 PM and mention urgent in the delivery instructions. This service is available for an additional charge of £2.00 and delivery can be up to 10:00 PM. Please let us know if there are any special instructions for delivery at the time of checkout.
Standard delivery by post (within UK) (2-4 working days): £3.50
Next day delivery by post (within UK): £4.99
 
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
To make any exchange or return of a product from our online store, the period is 14 calendar days from receipt of the same, to notify us, and make the exchange or return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on footballs or sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

  • Write us an email to info@kvsport.co.uk indicating that it is an exchange, the order number and the item to be exchanged.
  • We will then send you the instructions where to send the item to be returned.
  • The shipping costs of the items to be exchanged will be borne by the buyer
  •  The product that you want to exchange must not be used and must be sent in the same condition as you received it. It must retain the original packaging and labelling; and must be sent correctly packed and protected.
  • Once we have received the product, we will examine it and send you an email again notifying you of the exchange and within what time frame we will send it back to you.
  • The shipping costs of the new delivery of the product will be borne by us.
  •  We will only take care of the shipping costs, when it is a single exchange. If there is more than one change, the consecutive shipments will be borne by the customer.

Returns

  • Write us an email to info@kvsport.co.uk indicating that it is a return, indicating the order number, the item to be returned, and the reason.
  • We will then send you the instructions where to send the item to be returned.
  • The shipping costs of final returns will be borne by the customer.
  • Once the product has been received, we will examine it to check that it is in perfect condition for sale.
  • The refund of the amount of the product will be made within 3 working days of receiving it. Please note that the shipping cost of the original item sent will not be refunded.

 
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Occasionally, and on rare occasions, manufacturing defects can and do occur. Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If you believe that your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@kvsport.co.uk. Under no circumstances will the return of used or damaged products as a result of improper use be accepted.
